He is survived by: his significant other Dottie; his children, David Jr. (Paige), Ian and Camille; his stepdaughters, Tiffany (Doug), Tammy (Rob) and Traci; his grandchildren, Alex, Benson, Max (Jared), Cheyenne (Collin), Dakota (Vince), McKenna, Camryn (Isaac), Peyton, Holden, Hayden, Logan (Berlyn) and Riley; his great grandchild Remington; his nephew John Baron "JB" (Ashley); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, JJ, Bailey and Jet.
