He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Dee (Dee), Scott Miles (LeGay) and Chad Michael (Tricia); his siblings, Elizabeth and Phil; and his daughters, Melissa (Brent Hawkins) and Kristin (Willard Hagen). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
