She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. Buttrey and Doris Hutchins Buttrey. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Blaine Simons (Leesha) and Stacie Diane Simons; her husband Blaine H. Simons; her grandchildren, Camden and Scarlet; and her sister Janis M. Buttrey (Blaine).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane's name to the Utah P.E.O. Gump & Ayers Scholarship Fund or the Women's Board of Westminster College.
