He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernado Renda (Ben) and Ruth Evelyn Nielsen; and his wife Carole Anne Deneke. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Renfro of Albuquerque, NM and Russell (Audrey); and his sons, Scott (Patricia), Mark (Laura), Todd of Toquerville, UT, Rick (Jamie) and Matt (Karen). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Larkin Mortuary (260 E S Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salt Lake City Cemetery (200 N St E, Salt Lake City, UT 84103).
