He is survived by: his wife Betty Rae Powell; his children, Scott Fail (Sara), David Fail (Holly), Bryan Fail (Jana) and Becky Davis (Kitt); and his siblings, Richard, Tony Fail, Molly Ford, Elena Wilson, Kathy Ford, Teresa Schaller and Cindy Ortolani. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
