He is survived by: his significant other Debra Spencer Thomas; his sons, Curtis, Travis and Josh; his stepmother Debbie; his siblings, Vickie (Dorain), Kim (Rochelle), Kerry (Glenda), Merlin Lee (Adrienne), Jayme, David (Tara), Jerrod (Angela), Jason and Jennifer (Pete); and his great grandchild Butt-Butt.
He fought the good fight with Pulmonary Fibrosis from covid for several years along with other medical diagnoses.
