We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 83, Jay Rice in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Rice and Gertrude Rice; and his wife Karen. He is survived by: his children, Penny Thorbeck (Dave), Wendy Cornia (Jeff), Cindy Riggins and Michael Rice (Lara). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
