He was predeceased by: his parents, Valoran Russell and Irma Russell; and his siblings, Wayne Russell, Stewart Russell, Calvin Russell, Helen Hillier and Evelyn Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Russell; and his children, Juli Dalton (Jamie), Mike Russell (Julie), Philip Russell (Mollie), John Russell (Jodi), Matt Russell (Ashley) and Joe Russell. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
