He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lenore Johnson and Harold Cyril Bell; his siblings, Pat, Janice, Joyce, Jay and Jimmie; and his son Jon.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanene H. Bell; and his children, Randy, Jeff (Michelle), Mike (Petra), Belinda (Ralph) and Tracey (Oscar). He is also survived by grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cannon Mortuary (2460 Bengal Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84121). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Memorial (3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121).
