She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Laura Wagstaff (Mills) and Nathan Wagstaff; and her brother Jerry Wagstaff. She is survived by: her daughter Tami Sahm Bleak; her siblings, Marlene Bowers and Steve Wagstaff (Terri); her sister-in-law Floy Wagstaff; Judy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
