He is survived by: his mother Jody L. Nelson Ebner; his stepfather Michael Clark; his fiancé Leena Eastwood; his son Isiah Justin Ebner; his grandson Haiden; his stepchildren, Shaylynn Woodcox and Noah Leix; his stepsiblings, Alisha Nicole Sorenson, Andrew Voelkel, Jeff Clark, Lester Clark (Alexis) and Shannon Hamblin; and his aunts and uncles, Eileen Mafua (Tokomea), Mike Nelson (Veronica), Jeanie LaVon Robinson, Sarah Gunn (Derek), Talyne Belka, Greg Ebner (Ken Bober) and John Ebner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park & Funeral Home (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
