She was predeceased by: her parent Linda Johnson; and her siblings, Chuck, Tracy, Bo and Dale.
She is survived by: her significant other Rick Johnson; her siblings, Rick (Betty), Mark and Tanya; her children, Candice (Joseph), Cortney and James; and her grandchildren, Jenika (Pepe), Sylvia, Xander (Taryn), Ross and Ricky.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help cover expenses in Kara's memory.
