He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore O'Dell Murphy and Rose Mestas Murphy; his former wife Camille Murphy (Kathy Murphy); and his son Todd Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Brett Murphy (Mary), Daren Murphy (Gayle), Melanie Hale (Jerron) and Melissa Gray (Paul); his stepson Derek Allred (Michelle); and his sister Nancy (Dorothy Cavaness). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 27 Great grandchildren.
