She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Leslie and Florence Westenskow Peck; her husband Bill; her siblings, Glen Peck and Jean Crowley; her sister-in-law Dyann Peck; her grandchildren, Troy and Ameri; and her friends, Michael Berns, Gail Hudson and Barbara Aaron.
She is survived by: her children, William Brent Eoff (Robert) of Kearns, Jerry Lynn Carter (Eoff) of Damascus and Shelly Rose Villiard of Draper; her husband Doug; her son David of Sandy; her stepsons, Wayne of Tallahassee, Florida, Jamie (Jennifer), Jason of Jacksonville and Wesley (Tina) of Corinth, Texas; her grandchildren, Tashauna, Kailey, Christopher, Oliver, Joseph, Evie, Colby and Courtney; her great grandchild McKinley Rae; and her brother Darrell Peck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
