He was predeceased by: his father Steven Carroll; and his grandmother Sandra Barnard. He is survived by: his mother Jenny Carrillo; his siblings, Alicia Carroll and Benjamin Price; his brother-in-law Owen Carroll; his siblings' children, Zachary and Tate Butterfield; his aunts and uncles, Chance, Scott, Chris, Justin, Jocelyn Prestwich and Ericka West Gillman; his grandparents, Ron Carroll, Barbara Bentley, Scott Barnard and Roger Gillman; his great-grandparent Doris Shadoan; and his uncles, Matthew Barnard and Brian Gillman.
