In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Michael had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Michael may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his mother Renate Moritz Heyn; and his brother Christopher Heyn. He is survived by: his father Jeffrey Heyn; his brother Robert Heyn (Paula Cochrane); his children, Paige Marie Pectol (Ian), Mitchell William Heyn (Jordyn Weight) and Serena Leigh Knaphus (Kody); and his grandsons, Owen William Pectol and Jones William Heyn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 2:55 PM to 3:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Innichement Memorial (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092).
