It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Vaughn Bowman of Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Michael Vaughn leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Veaughn Bowman and Joylyn Bowman. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Hatch and Chad Bowman; his grandchildren, Tyson and Leah Hatch; and his siblings, Steve Bowman (Stacie), Kevin Bowman (Leslie) and Jodee Gold (Ryan).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Riverton Cemetery (13200 S 1500 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the South Salt Lake Stake Building (2280 S 300 E, South Salt Lake, UT 84115).
