He is survived by: his wife Tammie (Fagg); his children, Jennifer and Michael (Melissa); his grandchildren, Michael and Chloe; and his siblings, Ron (Janet), Bobby and Linda Burt (Tom).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Day Dairy Barn (1166 E Pioneer Rd, Draper, UT 84020).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
