With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Noella Dawn Tate in Salt Lake City, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Mathias and Mabel A. Ellison Mathias; and her husband Jim Tate. She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Mary) and Tim; her grandchildren, Ryan, Alex and Madeleine; and her pet Lily.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Noella's honor.
