She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Joseph Phillips and Muriel Grace Lomax Phillips; and her children, Keven (Elaine) and Shawna. She is survived by: her pet Daisy May; her close friend Carolyn Jennings; her cousin Kelly; her husband Kurt William Johansen; her children, Aaron (Cathrine), Linda (John) and Scott (Cortney); and her son-in-law Bill Blount. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
