He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Manning Sr. and Anna Cornpeach Manning; his daughters, Tiffany and Roxanne Manning; and his siblings, Ferdinand Jr., Albert, Clifton, Eleanor Tabbee, Margaret Alhandra and Emmett.
He is survived by: his children, Latoya Manning of Vernal, Roosevelt of Vernal, Victoria Manning (Kaz Myore) of Vernal, Rayia Manning of Vernal and Nathan Manning of Vernal; and his brothers, Earl Manning (Katherine), Indian Bench and Everett Manning (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
