He is survived by: his mother Roberta Reid; his siblings, Dr. Tiffani Morgan and Joseph Barnhurst; and his siblings' children, Lydia Beattie, Zoey Katris, Zaylie Katris and Westley Beattie.

He was the kitchen manager for The Thirsty Fish until the outbreak of Covid in 2020.
