He is survived by: his wife Jewell Ainsworth; his daughters, Holly Green (Michael), Downy Marshall (Todd), Cecily Doxey, Heather Lagore (Robert) and Laurel Ludwig (Benjamin); and his brother David W. Doxey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
