With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Dee Nelson (Salt Lake City, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Radcliffe Nelson and Thelma Rosley Nelson; his wives, Della Mae Nelson and Dorothy Nix; and his siblings, Gilbert, Buriness, Darrell, Don, Arnold Nelson, Claris Ann Nelson and Maureen Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Nelson (Diane), Stuart Nelson (Kelly Jo), Kris Tucholski (Don), Susan Holbrook (Randy), Ruth Cooper (Mont), Perry Nelson (Lori), Burke Nelson (Brenda) and Jessie Carroll (John); his brother Jerry Nelson (Jayne); and his sisters-in-law, Larraine Nelson, Donna Nelson, Pat Nelson and Anna Rae Nelson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
