He is survived by: his wife Whitney Cunningham; his sons, Colin and Ian; his parents, Linda Cunningham and James Cunningham; his brothers, Jeremy and Todd Cunningham; his extended family, John, Debra Teter, Ashley Teter, Matthew Teter (Claire), Annie, Wesley and Millie Teter; and also, Bert, Maxine Cunningham, Gerald and Patricia Hoffman.
