With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shaheen Moaddeli (Salt Lake City, Utah), who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Shyon; his grandfather Karim; and his uncle Payam. He is survived by: his parents, Mehrdad Moaddeli and Tahmineh Breinholt; his stepparents, Maryam Moghaddam and Richard Wells; his aunt Karen; his uncles, Behzad, Mehrzad and Pejman; his cousin Saular (Shelly); and his grandparents, Soudabeh and Parvaneh.
Family is requesting that everyone in attends wear a mask.
