She was predeceased by: her parents, Neldon Jacobsen and Louise Christensen Jacobsen; and her daughter Wendy Persch. She is survived by: her husband Cap Persch; and her sons, Steve Persch (Carol Brinton), Dave Persch (Kathryn Jones) and Bill Persch (Mary Jo Chlopek). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, at 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Mortuary (2350 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108).
