He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Anna Jenkins, Lizette Pace, Stephanie Gerrard (Carl) and Teddy Smith (Kristin); his stepchildren, Tom Madsen (Gail), Monty Madsen (Tonyia), Leasa Cameron, Kristian Giles and Misty Vrieze (Rick); Tom, Monty and Leasa. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
