We are sad to announce that, on November 23, 2022, at the age of 94, Verlene Smart Ellis formerly of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verlene Smart Ellis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Pollock and Willard Lynn Smart; her stepfather John Perry Larsen; her sister Joyce Webb; and her stepbrother Johnny Larsen.
She is survived by: her husband Wilfred "Pink" Ellis; her children, Tom Ellis (Jana), Lezlee Whiting (Blaine) and Judy Stevenson (Hank); her sister Carol Jean Dean; and her stepsister Kathryn Bradford. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and by numerous nieces, nephews.
She attended her cherished Spanish Fork Dons high school reunions until 2020 when Covid put a stop to their annual gathering.
