She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Howard Haynes and Marjorie Robbins Haynes. She is survived by: her children, David, Ann, Adam (Megan) and John (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Brayden, Benji and Theo; and her siblings, John Haynes (Christina), Jan Ingebretsen (David) and Suzi Haynes (Greg Whisenant).
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Millcreek 2nd Ward Building (4220 S Jeannine Dr, Millcreek, UT 84107). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Mortuary Chapel (2350 E 1300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108).
She donated monthly to the Smile Train, a charity she deeply believed in that helps children with cleft palates.
