He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Serrano and Relva Serrano; his brothers, Doug, Gary and Lonnie Serrano; his grandparents, Lenard, Cynthia Cook, Leanardo and Eva Serrano; and his in-laws, Patrick and Wanda Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his daughters, Westona Horrocks (Bruce) and Sonja Serrano (Chad Hooks); and his sisters, LaRee Henline (Dennis) and Debra Fulkerson (Jim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
