She is survived by: her parents, Krystal Samuelson and Shadd Samuelson; her siblings, Kennedy, Ainsley Samuelson and Nic (Janel); and her siblings' children, Logan and Miles. She is also survived by extended family, friends, caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Willow's honor to the Ara Paraseghian Medical Research Fund supporting Niemann-Pick research and rare disease advocacy.
