We announce the death of Barbara Ann Workman Provost (Sandy, Utah), born in Park City, Utah, who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 84. Barbara Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Workman and Jane Workman; her husband Danny Provost; and her daughter-in-law Laurie Provost. She is survived by: her children, Mindy Leonard (Jeff), Rex Hamilton (Stephani), Jeanette Giles (Joe) and Frank Provost; and her grandchildren, Breanna Martin (Landen), Tiffany Skinner (Geoff), Ember Forsman, Kassie, Nick Leonard (Savannah), Tori Provost (Chris), Mersadi Larson (Travis), JD Leonard, Olivia Grove (Davis) and Katharine Hamilton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Park City Cemetery (1300 Kearns Blvd, Park City, UT 84060).
