She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agatha B. Dorré-Koot and Willem Koot (Java); her former husband Fred W. Versteeg; her brother Charles Koot; her grandson Cameron Versteeg; her children, Yvonne Woods (Burt), Joyce Valdez (Larry), Freddy Versteeg (Cheryl) and Yolanda Versteeg; and her husband Michael. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
