With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Blake Noble Boyack (Sandy, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Keith Boyack; and his grandparents, Bob, Mary Boyack and Daniel Foote. He is survived by: his mother Lori N. Foote; his son Kyjia Boyack; his wife Rande Boyack; his children, Daltrey, Harrison and Ellie; his siblings, Marisa Boyack, Lauren Faez (Mani), Blaire Boyack and Garrett Boyack (Sierra); and his grandmother Julie Flury. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM and at 10:45 AM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 E Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to Rande to help cover medical costs.
