He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Kamai Chang Sr. and Victoria Keawe-Aiko; his children, Lei, Phyllis, Norma Jean and Ernette; his wife Lisa Chong; his children, Chaundell Monn (Will), Kamai Chang (Kim), Chali Lindsey (Kaipo), Candace Colvin (Brandt), Chamei Escalante (Edgar), Kahea Chang (Joy) and Kaleo Chang (Sara); his grandchildren, Ethan, Tristan, Kaden, Mason, Tylee, Kolten, Hi'ipoi, Tinzlee, Amelia, Trexon, Kaisen, Ku'ulei, Teinani, La'ahia, Elsie, Taz, Theo, Ioela, Walter, Teanu, Keanu and Lucille; and his aunt Genoa Keawe.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Sandy Crescent Ridge Stake Center (1265 E 11000 S, Sandy, UT 84094). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
