We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2024, Chas Vander Wilt (Sandy, Utah), born in Sully, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Orval Wilt and Ruth Vander Wilt; and his sister Charlotte Christensen. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Emily (Ethan) and Whitney (Joe); his grandchildren, Luca, Evangeline, Christian, Caroline and Zara; and his siblings, Philip, Martha and Mary Ellen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake in memory of Chas, who always showed compassion toward the 'least of these.'.
