He was predeceased by: his father DelRoy Guymon; his brother Gene Guymon; and his granddaughter Olivia Wagner. He is survived by: his parent Alease Cox; his close friend Stacy Hardman; his wife Stacy Hardman; his children, Larissa (Matt Wagner), Morgan (Adam Bandis) and Parker; and his grandchildren, Cassidy, Adalyn, Brielle, Wyatt, Harper, Maiya, Claire and Rowan. He is also survived by his family, friends.
