He is survived by: his wife Luana Morgan Birch; his brother Jim Kreifeldt; his sons, Dave Kreifeldt Jr. (Dave) and Rick Kreifeldt (Rick); and his stepchildren, Gordon Birch, Heather Birch, Rob Birch, Mike Birch and Bryan Birch. He is also survived by 23 grandkids and 13 great grandchildren.
