Deloris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Deloris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Deloris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phelps and Emma Laura Day; her husband John Watson; and her daughters, Sammie Martineau and Sandra Feragen.
She is survived by: her daughter Spring Taylor (Mike); her grandchildren, Austin Taylor, Nicholas Taylor, Timothy McLee, Jason McLee and Kelly Feragen; and her brothers, Tom Phelps of Soda Springs, ID and Ned Phelps of Newton, UT.. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary (6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084).
