He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Cisneros (David); his stepdaughter Chandra (Brittni); his granddaughters, Layla and Harlow Cisneros; and his siblings, Dean Waters (Kristina) and Krista Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends.
