He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian; his parents, Arthur Ewald and Helene Prawitt; his brothers, Reiner and Gert Prawitt; and his sons, Douglas and Arthur Heath Prawitt (Lillian Prawitt).
He is survived by: his children, Alan Pawitt (John Dugan), Ryan Adams (Deana Neff), Randolph Prawitt (Paul Jenkins) and Lori Prawitt; his sister Karin Hales; and his granddaughters, Chandra Adams and Chyna Prawitt (Chris Bruno). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and other friends and family.
