He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ruff (Brandon); his siblings, Eric and Annie (Byron Strawn); and his children, Kim (Krystie), Russell (Suzanne), Curtis (Bev) and Michelle (Eric Schanz II). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
