He is survived by: his wife Jody; his son Jeff (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Britton, Brock, Lacey Broome (Adam), Madi Crapo (AJ), Kennedy Orr (Broderick) and Gardner Cook (Laurie); his great grandchildren, Charley, Olivia, William, Lincoln, Lennon and Everett; and his sister Leah Hamatake.
