He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Albert Jackman and Florence Olson; his brother Ron Jackman; his wife Tess; and his grandsons, James Michael Lehto and Danny Foulks.

He is survived by: his children, Janette (Ted), Colleen, Wayne (Angela), Larry (Dee), Mark (Holly) and Brent (Becky). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
