He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Junius Collard and Annie Veora Mikkelsen Collard; his siblings, Fay (Bill), Ruth (Charles), Joyce (George), Ed (Patricia) and Betty; and his stepson Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Keith (Cathy), Connie and Brent; and his stepsons, Greg (Cathy) and Scott (Francine). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Harry's honor to the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine.
