He is survived by: his wife Rowena Davidson Ballif; his children, James, David (Jaque), Anthony, Robert (Aimee), Nathan and Alecia; his grandchildren, Elena Brockbank (Daniel), Arianna Blackwell-Sapp (Jordan), Acacia Ballif (Connor Hansen), Jessica Crosby (Bryce), Logan Ballif, Sawer Ballif, Gavin Ballif, Grace Ballif, Sierra Ballif, Justin Humbert and Sarah Humbert; and his great grandchildren, Audrie Brockbank, Sloan Brockbank, Tristen Brockbank, Jagger Ballif and Charlie Crosby.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (9119 East Sandy Hills Drive, Sandy, UT 84093). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery (1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092).
