It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Kolpack of Sandy, Utah, born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her niece Alyssa. She is survived by: her former husband Dave Kolpack; her parents, John Kraft and Jean Kraft; and her siblings, Jason (Michelle) and Jeryn (John Hooey). She is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
