He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Cundiff Sr. (Al) and Phyllis Taylor Cundiff; and his brother Roger Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jenifer (Masayuki), Lloyd James (Melissa), Jefferson Allen, Stefeni Butterworth (Jacob) and Steven James (Alison); and his sisters, Jeril Lynne Johnson (DeVerne) and Pamela Sue Voll (Edward). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
