He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fenton and Esther Benson Dame; and his grandson Conor Dame. He is survived by: his wife Marion Bethea; and his children, Cheryl Williams (Eric), David Dame (Lisa), Steven Dame (Jennifer) and Paul Dame (Wendy). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
